- My selection is breaking the traditional SIFS boundaries (not that there have been many), regarding format.
- Selection is credited for inspiring what later became one of the biggest comedy movie hits of the 80s.
- There are many cameos throughout.
- One cameo's (a huge star at the time) scene was later cut, because of this star's untimely passing.
- My selection was considered by many occurring "before its time", hence enjoying very limited success when it first came out.
