- The film was shot in less than one month's time. (almost identical to the duration of my last showing of "Friday")
- It won multiple awards in arenas like Tribeca and Venice Film Festivals.
- Near 90% on Rotten Tomatoes.
- Filmed entirely in NYC.
- A very dialogue heavy movie.
- One costar is connected to an early 80's movie about maniacal dancing.
- Considered a very underrated, witty comedy of its day, that never earned enough respect - nor gross at the box office (only $2M worldwide).
- I'll admit, the last hint caught my attention more recently while skimming some useless trivia and prompted me to watch the trailer and ultimately find some extended YouTube snips. It was enough to convince me to go out on this limb....
